Normal repairs occur Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
After Hours Repairs
5pm-8am Monday-Friday
After hours repairs will be based on type of repair.
Property Manager will make the decision to disptach out a technician on a case by case basis after hours.
Tenants are responsible for all lockouts per the DC lease. BCL Properties will not provide keys for lockouts after hours.
